Moments that matter
Meet Josie. On a bright autumn afternoon in Bury St Edmunds we headed out to enjoy the colours, and she didn’t stop smiling. As you can see, she brings plenty of cheek too!
Good care isn’t only about tasks and timings. It’s the fresh air, the chats and the shared jokes that make a day feel like your own.
How it works
We take time to understand what is happening and what matters most.
We agree a clear plan around routines, preferences and goals.
Your care begins with the right support and regular communication.
Our promises
Reliable care comes down to the small things, done every time. These are the promises we make to every family.
Our shortest visit is 30 minutes. We never offer 15-minute calls, so there’s always time for a proper chat.
If your carer is ever held up, we’ll always let you know, so you’re never left waiting and wondering.
You’ll meet your carer before their first visit, so nobody new turns up at the door.
We keep teams small so you see the same carers, who know your routines and how you like things done.
We review your care plan with you every six months, or sooner if your care package changes.
No minimum term. You can change or stop care with two weeks’ notice.
Caring from a distance
Many of the families we speak to live miles away from the person they’re worried about. We’ll be your eyes and ears, and keep you in the loop.
Whether you’re in Cambridge, London or the other side of the world, you’ll always know how things are going, and who to call if you have a question.
