Browser Storage and Cookies
You can use this website without optional Google tracking. We ask before using Google Analytics for visitor statistics or advertising measurement. Display preferences and your cookie choice stay in your browser.
What is stored?
The site uses browser local storage to remember your chosen text size, light or dark display theme, and your privacy choices. We remember your privacy choices for up to 90 days before asking again. If local storage is unavailable, the choice may be remembered only for your current browser session or visit.
Cookie-free performance monitoring
Netlify, our website host, separately measures loading performance without cookies. This includes page paths, browser and device information, and timings such as how quickly content appears. These measurements continue when optional Google tracking is off and are not connected to our Google Ads account. See Netlify’s performance-monitoring information.
Optional visitor statistics
If you allow visitor statistics, Google Analytics receives generic page visits, approximate country, region or town, referral sources, telephone and email link clicks, and a count when an enquiry is successfully sent. A telephone click does not confirm a completed call. Analytics uses device identifiers; these reports do not tell us a visitor’s name.
We do not send your enquiry name, contact details, postcode, care
selections, message or chat text to Analytics. Optional Google
Analytics cookies, including _ga and a property-specific
_ga_ cookie, are configured to last up to 90 days.
Optional advertising measurement
If you also allow advertising measurement, Google may use advertising click identifiers and measurement cookies to connect campaigns to generic enquiries. This helps us understand which adverts work. It requires visitor statistics. We keep personalised advertising off and do not upload enquiry contact details or create remarketing audiences from care-page visits.

Your choice
Choose “Accept optional” to allow both visitor statistics and advertising measurement, or “Reject optional” to keep both off. Optional Google tracking stays off until you accept. A previous “Got it” dismissal does not grant permission for this new tracking. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below. Withdrawal stops future Google measurement and removes this website’s Google measurement cookies; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
