A good chat
A cup of tea, a catch-up and someone who’s genuinely interested in you.
Companionship
Loneliness can affect anyone. Our companionship visits bring friendly conversation, shared interests and something to look forward to.
More than a visit
Our companionship visits are about you: your stories, your interests and the things that make you smile. We’re always up for a good chat.
Because we keep teams small, you’ll see the same friendly faces, and real friendships can grow.
How we help
A cup of tea, a catch-up and someone who’s genuinely interested in you.
Gardening, puzzles, cards, music, reading the paper together, whatever you enjoy.
A walk, a trip to a café or garden centre, or seeing friends. See outings and sitting.
Writing letters, sorting post, making calls or using a tablet to video call family.
Gentle encouragement to stay active and involved in the things you love.
Families know someone is checking in, and we’ll let them know if anything worries us.
Getting started
Jade or David will visit you at home to get to know you and talk through the help you’d like. Visits take about an hour or more, as we’re always up for a good chat.
