Our team aims to bring reassurance to families and confidence to the people we support, with clear communication at every step.

Jade · Founder & Director
Jade has more than 14 years’ experience in care. She started out as a carer, supporting people hands-on every day, and worked her way up to become a registered manager, a role she has held for over seven years, leading care homes and home care services across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
Jade holds an NVQ Level 5 and is a qualified Nursing Associate.
Over the years, working with many different providers, Jade always felt something was missing. However good the service, she could never fully bring her own beliefs about how care should be into someone else’s organisation. So she started Jade Homecare: a service built from the ground up around the care she has always believed in.

David · Co-founder & Director
David started in care at 19 and worked his way up as a Care Coordinator, Care Assessor and Assistant Manager, before setting up Jade Homecare with Jade. He still supports the people we care for hands-on, and makes sure our systems run smoothly and our records are always up to standard, so Jade and the team can focus on what matters most: care. If Jade isn’t available, David is always on hand to help.
