Letting someone into your home takes trust. That’s why we take real care over who joins our team, and make sure they’re ready before they ever visit you.
How we choose and prepare our carers
Carefully checked
Every carer has an enhanced DBS check before they start, and we always speak to people who’ve worked with them before.
Properly trained
Training covers safeguarding, moving and handling, first aid and dementia awareness, and we keep it up to date so skills stay fresh.
Never alone on day one
New carers work alongside Jade or an experienced colleague first, getting to know people and routines before visiting on their own.
Fully insured
We hold public and employer’s liability insurance, so you’re protected if the unexpected happens.
Your privacy respected
Care records are kept secure and confidential, and only shared with the people you’ve agreed to.
